These Terms of Service govern use of Habib TikTok AI (“the Application”), operated by Dr. Habib Zarifeh.
The Application is intended to provide social-media management, analytics, automation, and AI-assisted content-management functions.
Users may connect supported third-party accounts, including TikTok, only when they are authorized to access those accounts. Use of third-party platforms remains subject to the terms and policies of those platforms.
Users authorize the Application to access and process information specifically permitted through the permissions they grant. Access may be revoked through the relevant third-party platform where supported.
The Application must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abuse of third-party platforms, infringement of intellectual-property rights, or violation of applicable platform policies.
The Application is provided on an “as available” basis. No guarantee is made that third-party APIs or integrations will remain continuously available, as their functionality may be modified or discontinued by their respective providers.
These Terms may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to the Application, applicable law, or third-party platform requirements.
